1. OBJECT
This Return and Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on the website www.lpnnails.fr and complements the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Your satisfaction is our priority. We do our utmost to ensure that every order brings you complete satisfaction, while respecting all applicable legal regulations.
2. RETURN PERIOD
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, customers have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without providing any reason or pay any penalties.
This right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Gel products (polish gels, top coats, builder gels, art gels, etc.)
- Unsealed products for hygiene reasons
- Custom-made products or products made to order
- Sale items or clearance items
- Pre-orders (specific or custom orders).
For any return request, the customer must contact customer service before any return in order to obtain the necessary authorization and instructions.
3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Returned products must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in original condition
- Accompanied by their original undamaged packaging,
- Carefully protected to prevent any damage during transport.
Any item not meeting these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
4. RETURN PROCEDURE
Before returning any item, the customer must contact our customer service at contact@lpnnails.fr to validate the request.
Once the request is accepted, the customer can return the product to the following address:

Any return not reported or sent without prior authorization may be refused.
5. SHIPPING COSTS AND TERMS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of order preparation error or defective product. If a package is not collected by the buyer from the collection point or delivery address, any shipping and return costs charged by the carrier may be deducted from the refund.
It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service (e.g., Colissimo Tracking). In the event of a lost return package without proof of posting, no refund will be issued.
6. RETURNS PROCESSING
Upon receipt and after verification of the product, several options are possible depending on the situation:
- Shop credit: Valid across the entire site, can be issued after return validation.
- Refunds : Refunds are only issued in cases of defective products, preparation errors, or unreported stock shortages. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of validation.
Direct exchanges are not currently available.
7. DELAYS OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not yet received your refund:
- First, check your bank account
- Then contact your bank or payment provider (PayPal, Scalapay, Stripe, etc.)
- If the problem persists, contact us at contact@lpnnails.fr.
8. PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders are products produced or reserved specifically for the customer. Therefore, they cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order has been placed, except in exceptional circumstances (stock shortage or defect).
9. LOSS, THEFT OR DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT
Products ordered on the LPN Nails website are shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering.
For professional customers, Risk transfers once the package is handed over to the carrier. In case of loss, theft, or damage during transport, the claim must be made directly to the carrier in question.
For professional
, LPN Nails remains responsible for proper delivery until the package is actually received. In case of loss or damage, the customer must contact customer service for a replacement or a refund, as appropriate.
This distinction is made in accordance with Article L.216-2 of the Consumer Code and current commercial practices.
10. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR PREPARATION ERRORS
In the event of a damaged, non-compliant, or missing product, the customer must contact our customer service department within 48 hours of delivery, providing supporting photos. After verification, a replacement or refund may be offered at no additional cost.
11. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
These items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gel products (polish gels, top coats, builder gels, art gels, etc.)
- Products that have been opened, used or unsealed,
- Sale items, promotional items, or clearance items,
- Products available for pre-order,
- Gift cards and e-gift cards
