3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions without reservation. No special conditions may prevail over these Terms and Conditions unless expressly agreed to in writing by the seller.
The applicable terms and conditions are those in effect on the date of the order.
4. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
The products offered on the Site are described and presented with the utmost care. The photographs are not contractual but serve to illustrate the items offered.
Offers are valid while they are displayed on the Site and subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, the customer will be contacted to choose between a replacement, a credit note, or a refund.
5. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
The customer agrees to provide accurate information when placing the order. Any confirmed order constitutes acceptance of the price, product description, and terms and conditions.
Payment is processed securely through approved providers (PayPal, Stripe, Scalapay, or other available methods). LPN Nails does not store full payment details.
Orders are considered final after payment confirmation.
6. PRICING
All prices are expressed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT). LPN Nails reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.
7. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Preparation time: 24 to 72 business hours after payment confirmation.
For pre-orders, the delivery time can range from 15 to 30 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

- Overseas Departments 1 (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Mayotte, French Guiana, Réunion): 5 to 10 business days
- Overseas Territories 2 (New Caledonia, French Polynesia, French Southern Territories, Wallis and Futuna): 10 to 15 business days

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on weight and destination. Deliveries are handled by La Poste (Colissimo) and a tracking number is sent by email upon shipment.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the individual customers has 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision or pay any penalties.
This right does not apply:
- For products that have been opened, used, or unsealed for hygiene reasons,
- For personalized products,
- Purchases made by professionals (excluding specific contractual provisions).
Returns must be made in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer except in the case of an error or product defect attributable to LPN Nails.

9. LEGAL GUARANTEES
The products are covered by the legal guarantees of conformity (articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). In the event of a defective product, the customer must contact our customer service department at contact@lpnnails.fr.
10. PROFESSIONAL CLIENTS
Purchases made by professionals are governed by the Commercial Code. The right of withdrawal does not apply. Claims for non-conformity must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. The transfer of risk occurs upon delivery of the package to the carrier.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site (texts, images, logos, visuals, graphic design, videos, databases, etc.) is the exclusive property of LPN Nails. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
12. USER COMMENTS AND CONTENT
Users may post reviews and comments, provided they are respectful, truthful, and non-defamatory. LPN Nails reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or illegal.
13. LIABILITY AND LIMITATION OF WARRANTY
LPN Nails cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, or other indirect damages resulting from the use of its products. The customer is solely responsible for the selection, use, and storage of the purchased products.
In the event of established liability, the maximum amount of compensation may not exceed the total amount of the order in question.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be held liable for any failure resulting from a force majeure event (natural disasters, strikes, fires, war, pandemic, administrative decision, etc.).
15. PERSONAL DATA
The information collected is necessary for order processing and customer relations. It is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The customer may exercise their rights of access, rectification, and deletion by writing to contact@lpnnails.fr.
16. MEDIATION
